Our Mission

The South Shore 5 Public Health Alliance (SS5) is a partnership of local municipalities dedicated to enhancing community well-being through collaboration, resource sharing, and innovative public health initiatives. By working together, the towns of Hanover, Marshfield, Norwell, Pembroke, and Rockland strengthen the collective capacity to deliver high-quality, equitable health services that promote wellness and resilience across each community. Through preventive health programming, environmental health protections, and community engagement, SS5 strives to ensure the health and well-being of those living and working in its communities and beyond.
